Already received your order and would like to make a correction? No problem! Here at FamilyLabels.com you do not have to get stuck paying full price for a new order because you made a mistake. Simply call us within 5 days of receipt for return instructions and a nominal reprinting charge.
Order Change Policy
You will be able to preview and approve each order. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order. Please double-check the email confirmation and call us within 24 hours if a correction needs to be made. If you have chosen FedEx or Priority Mail for expedited delivery, you will need to contact us within one (1) hour of submitting the order. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm correct spelling, grammar, image choices and ship-to address when an order is placed.
Acts of God/Weather Delays
Family Labels makes every effort to deliver every package as soon as possible. If there is a shipment delay, due to adverse weather conditions in-transit, you may experience a delivery delay. Weather delays are outside of our control. In these circumstances we will not honor expected arrival dates.
We ship our orders with USPS and FedEx. We are not responsible for US Postal delays, customs tariffs and lost, stolen or damaged merchandise during transport. Expected delivery is approximately 2-3 weeks for most items due to the customization of each order. If you need expedited delivery, you can choose FedEx or Priority Mail for RUSH processing and delivery.
