A: When you purchase any product from Family Labels, our customer service department reviews each order to check for problems. Your order then goes to our production department for set-up by one of our graphic artists where an internal proof is generated and sent to the proofing department. After it has been proofed, the production department prints your order and sends it to bindery for cutting or folding. Your order is then carefully packed and shipped and you are notified via email that it is on its way to you. Every step of the process our employees check and re-check your order ensuring that it is perfect and the printing is bright and beautiful. All of this guarantees that when you receive your order we get our desired result...your smile!

A: We advertise in many different ways, but recommendation by you is the number one reason we continue to grow.
Since the day Family Labels began in 1996 we listened to you, our customer, to help us develop new products and create new original designs in our art department. We have sold our products to over 600,000 customers throughout the world. In October 2010, we launched our much-anticipated new web site with on-line previews, hundreds of new head designs, and dozens of new hats.
We are always excited when we see celebrities, talk show hosts and radio announcers purchase from us, but we know its the moms, dads, grandparents, aunts and uncles that have spread the word about Family Labels. The success of our company is simple; we enjoy “Putting Smiles On Faces”.
